This is a very special E3 Red Cheeks Pikachu that has been graded by PSA and received a PERFECT "10 Gem Mint" rating from the grading company.

The E3 Red Cheeks Pikachu was ONLY distributed at the E3 Electronic Entertainment Expo convention in Los Angeles in May of 1999. It was the very first Promotional card released in the English language.

This card is EXTREMELY RARE, unlike the E3 Yellow Cheeks Pikachu which had a much wider distribution. It is even rarer to find this card in Perfect condition. This is 1 of only 2 in the world to have received a "10 Gem Mint" rating from PSA. This is a rare opportunity to own a true treasure of the Pokemon world.
