7 days after the buyer receives it | I never used to accept returns but I want my customers to have confidence so I'm changing my policy. I will only accept returns if Item is in the exact condition in which I sent it to you including all packaging. any damage or missing items will result in partial refund or refusal of refund and product will be sent back to you at your expense. Also shipping fees are nonrefundable. And you will ship back at your expense unless I made the mistake then of course I will take care of it. You also must contact me to let me know why the return is taking place please don,t just send it back with out letting me know first. I also will request that we verify each others shipping information. I will refund money no later then 72 hours after reciving the merchandise back in condition (if new must be unopened) it was sent to you all artwork, and materials must be intact. P.S I am not rsposible for items damaged,lost etc. during shipping. I reserve the right to refuse refunds at my descretion. |
