Why are Memory Foam Mattresses so popular today?

 It uses the Visco-Elastic Memory Foam Technology which was developed by NASA to sense your body's weight and temperature and then gently conform to your body shape to minimize pressure points and reduce tossing and turning.

Does the mattress come with a cover?
All our mattresses come with a 100% cotton zipper cover. It has a velour feel to it and it is also dust mite and allergen free. It has a non-skid bottom and zips 4-ways. The cover is not treated with any chemicals.

What is the difference between the 10" mattress and the 12" mattress?
The 10" mattress has 3" of memory foam while the 12" mattress has 5" of memory foam. The more memory foam there is on a mattress, the more it will contour to the body. Therefore the 12" mattress will contour to the body more than the 10" mattress will.

Do your mattresses come as 2 foam pieces, or as 1 whole mattress?
Our mattresses arrive as 1 whole mattress. There is no assembly required by the consumer.

What kind of foundation does the mattress need?
The type of foundation needed for memory foam mattresses is one with a solid flat surface. This could be a box foundation (a foundation constructed of wood with no springs) or a platform bed with no slats. If you have a box spring that is lumpy or sagging, you will feel the lumps or sags through the mattress. If you have a platform bed with slats, the foam will eventually find its way through the slats and will damage the bed. Placing plywood over a box spring or platform bed with slats will work as a solution in creating a solid flat surface the mattress needs to perform correctly.

How is the mattress packaged?
Each mattress is prepackaged by the manufacturer. It is compressed, rolled, and double wrapped in plastic.

Can you use a heating blanket or pad?
Do not use electric blankets or heated pads with the mattress. The exposure to direct heat may cause damage to the material. Memory foam is temper sensitive and will adjust to the person’s body temperature. If you are concerned of your mattress being too cold, you can turn the thermostat for about 15-20 minutes.

Is there an odor to these mattresses?
All brand new memory foam may have a slight odor remaining from our unique manufacturing process. The new mattress smell is normal and will dissipate in time. The new mattress smell is normal and completely harmless and will go away over few days.
