NEW: Item is new in factory wrap and sealed, not a repack.

If a cartridge, it is free of foreign stickers and markings and the label is clean and intact.

GOOD: Item has been used. May have light scratches on the disc that do not affect play. The book may be marked or dog eared, but no pages are missing. The case or box may have small tears, rips, or dents, and may have sticker residue from a previous store. If a cartridge, the sticker is clean and intact, but may have sun fading or other cosmetic blemishes.

FAIR: Item has been obviously used. May have scratches on the disc that do not affect play. May have a sticker or residue from a sticker on the disc top. The book may have missing pages or may be missing altogether. The case and cover may be torn or otherwise damaged or even missing. If a cartridge, the label may be ripped or missing, and may display foreign stickers or other markings. Item is still 100% functional, but hey, it's a little ugly.
