We will sent you an email (through opticlandcy@gmail.com) the day after the items are shipped
informing you about the package and estimated arrival time.
We ship items within two business days after receiving a cleared payment.
An invoice will be sent with every package. Do not ask me to mark the items as "Gift"
or declare a value less than closing price. The package has european status and will not be charged any VAT within the EU. For destinations outside the EU, any taxes that may be due are the responsibility of the buyer.
The glasses will be carefully packed, wrapped in bubble wrap and sent in a hard paper case.
Please note that, unless otherwise stated, the item is sent as is (no case is included in the price).
We preferably ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal. Before you pay, please make check so that your address in PayPal, matches the address you would like us to ship to. If the address are not the same, it will result in a delay in shipping (in an effort to verify the correct shipping address).

original condition, within 14 days of the auction's closing date.
* Full money refunds are offered only in case of a proven mistake from our part .
* It may take upto 7 business days to process your return after we have received the product.
* Please note that we do not cover the money for shipping the item back to us, but it is highly
recommended to send the item(s) with a confirmation/tracking number. We take no responsibility
for lost returns and there will be no refund for those cases.
