This complete set of 4 elongated pennies comes with a brand new, specially-designed American-themed album for elongated pennies. The album features the American flag and a bald-eagle. The penny album is a tri-fold and holds 36 total elongated pennies (12 per page).

The pennies are only available on the USS HORNET MUSEUM.
The 4 pennies were made from the newer pennies in the form of
  • USS Hornet logo with the ship profile with an "Alameda, CA" imprint
  • USS Hornet Apollo 11 and Apollo 12 Recovery Ship logo
  • USS Hornet anchor with an "Alameda, CA" imprint
  • USS Hornet aircraft and an "Alameda, CA" imprint

The USS Hornet Museum is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization with the goal of inspiring people of all ages to experience naval history, science, and space technology first-hand. The USS Hornet aircraft carrier is docked permanently at the former Naval Air Station in Alameda and is open to the public daily from 10:00am to 5:00pm (gate closes at 4:00pm).
