PAYMENT is expected within 7 days of close of an auction. If you need extra time to arrange payment, please let us know and we will gladly work with you. Otherwise, after 7 days a non-paying bidder notice will be filed with eBay and the item will be re-listed. We only accept PAYPAL as a form of payment.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We normally ship every business day. Your item(s) will ship same or next business day after receiving your cleared Payment. If for any reason there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you. We usually ship USPS First Class for packages weighing less than 13 oz. & USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post for bigger packages. We provide a delivery confirmation number to our buyers as soon as the item is shipped and keep a record of the same as proof of delivery. The S/H charges are clearly stated in each individual listing. We COMBINE SHIPPING  for multiple purchases made within 5 days of each other, and offer a 50% S/H discount for each additional item after charging you the full S/H charges for the item with the highest S/H rate. Please email us if you have won more than one of our auctions, so we can send you a combined invoice with S/H discounts for multiple purchases.

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us to see if we can work something out. If you are not fully satisfied, you will get a full refund of item cost, excluding shipping costs, in cash via Paypal only, for items returned to us within 7 days of purchase. The refund amount will be paid only after the item has reached us in original condition. The buyer is responsible for S/H charges for returning the item to us WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION as proof of delivery.
