Mook Jong/Wing Chun Training Dummy

The core of our Mook Jong is is cut from heavy gauge PVC and then padded with military grade, closed cell foam. This gives you a dummy capable of taking your heaviest shots while at the same time allowing you to use full contact striking with your trapping. The dummy is then covered with a heavy duty pack cloth which only needs to be wiped down to be clean. Arms of a dummy are subjected to a lot of abuse, we use an oak shank for the arm that will hold up for years and years of training. The leg is contructed of steel tubing, the only way to deal with hard kicks!

 Our simple, but flexible mounting system give you everything you need to hang your dummy on your wall or on a stand of your own design. All wood parts have been stained and sealed to give you an attractive and durable Mook.

Like all H2H products, we back this dummy for a full year,if you break a part from normal use, just send us back the defective component and we'll replace it.
