VERY OLD PAINTING of an old grey farm house w/ red chimney, a large tree in the back and well and birds in the sky

The frame is wood as you can see in the photo.  As with the age, there are minor issues as you can see in the pictures.  Her art is  extraordinary!  This is worth much more than what I have it listed as.

Your purchase will be shipped well packaged for safe delivery from USPS.   Most auctions, shipping is based on weight and zip code unless noted in the shipping calculator.  I prefer to ship Priority since it is quicker delivery time & included delivery confirmation but will ship Parcel Post if that is what you pay for and is cheaper.  Priority is usually 3-4 business day delivery time, Parcel Post is usually 7-10 day business day delivery time but can be up to 20 days.

Insurance & Delivery Confirmation is included in S/H.  If your item becomes broken during shipping, contact me, a final bid amount refund will be provided only after the item has been returned to me at buyers cost.

I DO COMBINE SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE PURCHASES.  After your buying is done, I will weigh the the lot and send your invoice.

International Buyers ~  I ship Priority International (4lbs+) OR First Class Registered (4lbs or less) & Insurance is required.  Your Customs # will be emailed for your reference. ~ I don't normally ship to Italy, Spain, or any of the Asias but if your feedback shows consistant POSITIVE feedback w/ US Sellers, then I will.  I reserve the right to remove a bidder with a negative or zero bid history.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your purchase to be given to USPS.

Please contact me within 3 days of auction end to verify payment method.  Payment is expected within 7 days of auction end unless prior arrangements have been made with me.    but will take other forms of payment  but must be asked by the buyer to do so per Ebay rules.  If payment is not received within 10 days of the auction ending, & no communication has been established by the buyer to us even after we have attempted communication with the buyer, we can only assume you really didn't want the item & it WILL be reported to Ebay for nonpayment & relisted on the 11th day.  Buyers with 0 feedback ~ Contact me before bidding or your bid may be removed.

I try to list everything accurately.  I take lots of photo's so you can see all angles and won't be surprised by what you get.  If grossly misrepresented the item then I will provide a final bid refund only if the item must be returned to me first.  A refund will not be provided unless I have the item back.
