Here is a nice old John Deere model 214 with electric deck lift. It starts with no smoke. The Kohler engine runs strong. It is a variable gear drive transmission. I am not sure if the drive belt needs to be replaced. The tractor will not move. When you adjust the variator it makes noise. The hour meter states 756 hours. This would make a nice winter project! Could be a great money maker. You are welcome to inspect the tractor prior to bidding. Monday - Friday 9:00 to 5:00 and Saturday 9:00 to 1:00 closed on Sunday.  Q: What is the cutting width of the mower deck? Does the mower deck have any rusted areas or areas which have been welded? Thank you. Dave
A: It looks like it is a 47 inch deck. There is surface rust on the belt shields. No rust through visible. No welded patches. Thanks
