What a Killer - Very Pearly like,  in flame type and Color, nice and light, it is very loud and clear acoustically. Great playability, real vintage feel "Pearly Gates" necksize.
Gibson got it right with these Billy Gibbons LP!
Pearly Gates custom color, special maple top, lightweight, different neck shape, other appointments, makes it a great LP.

This rare guitar is a meticulous re-creation of the original '59 Les Paul Standard that's currently owned by Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top.
This is a limited run of 250 guitars that have been given the VOS finish # BG 235.

The Gibson Billy Gibbons Pearly Gates VOS 1959 Les Paul features:

Carved figured maple top
Solid non-weight relieved mahogany back
Single-ply cream binding on top
1-piece mahogany set neck with long-neck tenon
22-fret rosewood fingerboard
Pearly Gates neck profile
Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates humbuckers
Controls: Volume / volume / tone / tone
CTS pots and bumblebee capacitors
3-way pickup selector
Thin toggle switch washer and jack plate
ABR-1 bridge
Lightweight stopbar tailpiece

The Gibson Custom Billy Gibbons Pearly Gates VOS 1959 Les Paul Standard Electric Guitar Includes:
Custom Shop hardshell case plus the certificate of authenticity, and a Gibson custom care kit
The guitar also comes with a guitar sock, that's silkscreened with "Pearly Gates" and Billy's signature.
Each one of the 250 VOS guitars include a Billy Gibbons Inspired By certificate of authenticity and are strung with a set of .010 gauge strings.
