Private individuals, businesses, schools, and other agencies use our services to sell their items on eBay. Typically most of these items are used items obtained while spring cleaning, liquidating inventory, or they are just in need of some extra cash. We take in the items, along with a history of the item from the seller, evaluate, inspect, test, photograph, and process the items for sale on eBay. In exchange for our service we charge a commission based on the sale price of the item.

        Typically the items listed under this account (esellit_consignments) are not our own items. We list and sell items solely based on the sellers history of the item, and their selling preferences. So please if you should see an item that is inaccurately described please let us know. If you should see an item that is ridiculously priced, don't send us angry emails accusing us of over pricing items. We at times list items for sellers who typically have a sentimental attachment to the item. Despite our advise, they still insist and pay to have their items listed for high dollar amounts. If you had to sell for Great, Great, Grandmothers wedding ring, how much would you want for it?

        We do our best to ensure the history and accuracy of every item we list, but again please understand this is not always possible as we typically do not own the items listed. We inspect the items for special markings, dates, etc. In addition we test and inspect the items prior to listing, for any defects, damage, etc. and will make notations of it in the description of the listing. We do not claim to be experts with every item we list and sell. So please, before you bid on an item, ask as many questions as you would like. If we do not have the answer, we will try to get it from the seller directly.

We are a professional business, incorporated in the state of New York. All items that we list and sell are in stock and ready to ship! When your paid order is received, your item or items are professionally packaged by our in house shipping dept. and shipped directly from our New York warehouse. We will never ship your item or items in a used package or flimsy box. We only use new high quality shipping materials to ship our packages. (Water poof packaging, crushproof boxes, peanuts, bubble wrap, etc.)  There is far too much of a risk of items becoming tarnished, stained, or damaged during shipping.

            We typically ship orders the same day they are received. (Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (EST)) When your order is shipped you will receive a Shipment Conformation email with a delivery confirmation number for your added convenience. Delivery / Transit times vary depending on your state, location, and service used. However, typically most packages are delivered within 7 days of shipment. But please understand that if you purchase the cheapest & slowest service possible, your package may take up to 30 days to be delivered! This is the service requested by the buyer and the delay is not caused by our service but that of the carrier of the buyers choosing. As always if you require tracking assistance one of our Customer Service Representatives will be more then willing to assist you in your needs. Express/Overnight delivery is NOT available.

            Multiple / Combined Orders: Combined orders are encouraged and welcomed! Purchases must be made within 7 days of original purchase to qualify. Once you have completed your shopping please request an invoice and your order will be packaged and the shipping charges will be adjusted. We do not have a standard shipping rate for additional purchases. Shipping charges are based on the number of packages, package weight, and size. We charge actual postage plus a handling fee to cover packaging costs. Typically around $2.75 (Depending on the size of the box and packaging that is used.)

           Insurance: Buyers are encouraged to purchase insurance on any and all fragile items. UPS shipments are automatically covered. Combined orders are required to purchase insurance or use the UPS service. If the buyer declines the insurance option we can not be held responsible if the item is damaged during transit. We make every effort to ensure the items safety, but trust us, We have seen some amazing things over the years! We actually had a package run over by a truck while in transit! So please if an item is fragile its worth the extra dollar or two to ensure its safety.. Or use UPS it is automatically covered!

            International Orders: Unfortunately we are no longer shipping packages internationally. To protect our selves and to ensure the satisfaction of our buyers we are no longer able to ship packages to other countries affordably. We apologize to all of our international customers for this inconvenience.
