ADR rules do not allow your vehicle to be modified by replacing the existing sunvisor, so as this sits over your existing visor it is the only legal way to do this.  Replacing the sunvisor / headrests will result in your car no longer falling under the ADR rules and therefore not roadworthy, no insurance etc.
