All  International will be shipped Priority Only--I purchase my postage through Pay Pal,and they only do Priority International.If you want a cheaper shipping service,than you need to notify me as soon as the auction is over.You will have to pay pay pal and wait 3-4 business days after payment for it to reach my bank.It was costing to much for me to pay postage and have to wait to be reinversed.If I am not notified as soon as you win the auction,than your item will be shipped Priority

Non USA bidders are responsible for knowing their customs laws on the legality of the items they buy for importation-I will not be responsible for parcels that are held or seized by your customs officers,because they are not allowed for import-The USPS rules for items not allowed to export to foreign countries is incomplete--I will not be responsible for any broken or items lost during transport,That is what insurance is for

I do lower your shipping when buying more than one item-I do not combine shipping for a mix of heavy and fragile items- I will combine shipping on items if the auction ends in the same day-All used,untested items are sold as is,without refunds or return-

You were old enough to make opening bids and out bid others,so you will be responsible to make your own decision when to purchase insurance for shipping with the United States Postal Service-I am not responsible for items once the Postal Service receives them-I do require confirmation,( $ 0.80 )Which will be added to the shipping

I do not have a refund department and they are not given-I do not have a complaint department and they are not heard
