 This Northwood Carnival Glass Dish w/ Ruffled Rim is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.  There is some wear to the iridescent finish and some dirt from wear/age/use.  This is a lovely piece and measures 3 3/8" high x 5 1/4" in diameter at the rim and 2 3/8" in diameter at the base.  The interior bottom features the Northwood mark.  I was unable to identify the pattern.  This is truly a great piece and would make a great addition to any Northwood or Carnival Glass collection.  Thank you and enjoy bidding!
