In great condition, well cared for, no rips tears or stains.
Blue stars and hearts pattern.  This is the original floppy seat brand.  Folds up in pocket with 2 easy carry handles.  Has safety seat belt to protect your little one.  Has storage pockets for babies toys, bottles, etc. 
A great item to  have to keep your baby safe and healthy from germs on the grocery carts, especially with this H1N1 flu outbreak.  I used this all the time for my son and he did not get sick very often.  I credit this to keeping his mouth and hands off the shopping cart and safely in this seat cover.
