Book will be well packed, boxed (I do not just throw your book into a padded envelope), and shipped via USPS Priority Mail at $10.35 (with free delivery confirmation if Clik-N-Ship works).  I can also ship at much, much, much slower (especially with holiday shipping speeds) Media rate at $4 (may be up to 6 weeks).  Insurance is always recommended but optional at an additional $3. Shipment on multiple winning items may be combined to save on shipping (check with me, 2nd or 3rd item may even ship for free!).
