COMMUNICATION:  I don't send out a lot of unnecessary emails.  I'm a pretty basic person.  However, if you have any questions, send me a note via EBAY.  Allow 48 hrs for a reply from me Mon-Fri.  I'm not on the computer most weekends.

BUSINESS HOURS FOR BLACK HAWK:  MONDAY-FRIDAY EVENINGS  7pm-11pm*

ORDER PROCESSING:   I usually process and package orders Mon & Wed evenings / Allow 12 business days after payment clears.  *I also have a regular construction job and sometimes get called out of town.  I'm only human.  Be patient!

CONSOLIDATED SHIPPING:  Most multiple purchases can be consolidated for shipment.  You must pay for all of your items on the same invoice to qualify.  Each additional sign = $2/S&H/addtl.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION TICKET:  I will provide you with a delivery confirmation ticket for your order. (This is not a tracking #.) 

USPS TRANSIT TIMES:  Times will vary depending upon which area of the country you live in, and how busy the guys are at the Hubs & post office.
