This is a vintage, very old  picture.  It is NOT reverse painting.  This is right on the top of the glass, done in black flocking.  Bouquet of fall flowers, (zinnia's, asters, etc. cattails)  in a vintage watering can. It is 11" x 14".  Frame is metal.  with white background..  You can feel the flocking.  Tag on the back reads; J & R Company,"Soft Silhouettes", Eau Claire, Wisconsin, 54701, Patent Pending

Cleaning Instructions: For dust on flock, clean picture with dust attachment of house-hold vacuum cleaer.  CAUTION, Do not use cleaning agent on flock.

From my smoke free hiome. I've had this for about 5 years.
