Sorry but UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box or Military address. There will be no shipping on customers account. We can not be responsible for any delays caused by shipping carrier.

If you would happen to receive a broken item (It does occasionally happen and it is not our fault) then you would need to refuse the package and let us know as soon as possible. We do require a signature upon delivery to avoid having UPS trying to deliver a damaged small engine. Do NOT call UPS to report the damage, contact us. 5. We are an ongoing eCommerce business and on rare occasions our local warehouse stock may be depleted. On those rare occasions, your order will be shipped from our supplier if they can't get them to us in a timely manner. 6. In the event of a back-order or a product discontinuance, the Buyer will be notified and given their options up to a full refund.
