Threads is the name brand on this skirt from the Hot Topic store. The skirt is new with tags attached. The skirt is labeled a size XL, but I will list measurement to help you figure how it will fit you.

The skirt is in Black, Red and Ivory. The skirt is done in a pleated design with special detailing on the front. The skirt has a left side hidden zipper. This is a great looking skirt and has such great details. The front of the skirt has what I will call flaps, the sides are edged in a Ivory ruffling. There are two Red buttons attached to them also. Under these ruffled area are pleats, when the pleats are opened up they have a inset of Red. The back pleats also have the same detailing as the front pleats do with the Red insert. So when you walk these will separate some and show off the Red area.

Do enlarge the photos to better see the details of the skirt and the inside of the pleats.

The skirt is labeled a size XL, measuring across from side to side where the waist band would be it is about 19" to 38". The skirt length is about 12 1/2". The skirt is made of 95% Cotton and 5% Spandex. The directions state to machine wash cold and line dry.
