5627 Legendary, beautiful, rarely seen---three (3) Britains Swoppet LIFE Guards from the 1960's, These represent the high point in Britains plastic production along with other swoppets. 1/32 scale. Interchangeable parts, poseable.....somepaint flaking is always evident on these at this age( over 40 years). Fragile and can easily break but beautiful, beautiful..... two trooopers plus 1 officer with flag. flagbearer is missing reins and stirrups..... We have nothing to do with this..... -- We normally ship within 3-5 days of receipt of payment but it can take up to 10 business days. If your order is being shipped parcel post , the post office may take up to 10 days to deliver.IT IS NOT OUR FAULT IF THE POST OFFICE IS SLOW. Priority Mail will usually take 3-5 days. PArcel post will take up to 10 days--please do not leave us negative feedback for slow delivery (as some inexperienced ebayers have done) when the post office takes a while to deliver via parcel post.....also. PLEASE look at the estimated or expected delivery times as calculated by and confirmed by EBAY on your order summary...nothing is more frustrating than for us to deliver an item successfully in less time than bay estimates and then still receive neutral or negative feedback......free shipping means parcel post....and this is SLOW....WE JUST HAD A YOKEL LEAVE US UNFRIENDLY FEEDBACK EVEN THOUGH WE DELIVERED THE ITEM 7 DAYS EARLIER (!!!!!!) THAN EBAY ESTIMATED........ --We try to purchase shipping & postage labels thru paypal; when we do this paypal automatically sends the buyer an email with tracking info....please read your emails...we answer at least 7 to 10 emails per day with folks asking us for tracking when tracking has already been entered into the ebay/paypal system......and emailed to you by paypal!! --International Orders and some USA orders are sent with postage bought from Endicia, a USA postal approved service. We use this system rather than Stamps.com because Endicia allows us to insure international shipments(If & When YOU WANT US TO)-- Bizarrely, the US Postal Service will not allow insurance to be purchased for International shipments online while Endicia does...go figure..... ENDICIA DOES NOT automatically send you tracking numbers. ---- Deliveries in Italy & Germany & Russia & Argentina appear to take alot longer time than in other countries so please be patient. We have seen some deliveries held up in customs as long as 5 weeks!!! --YES we try to combine auction wins occurring within a few days of one another to save you money if possible. This is at our discretion as we want to make sure these rare collectibles are packed & shipped safely and make it to your collection in the same condition in which they left ours. We reserve the right to put no more than $250.00 worth of goods into any one box as this is the maximum amount one can insure a box for with the postal service without going and standing in line--and having the package approved....for all sorts of reasons we cannot go wait in long lines at the post office ....... --All sets sold AS IS No REFUNDs --all orders over $200 MUST be signed for; orders for lesser amounts must be signed for at our discretion. --Please do NOT try to contact us and make us an offer to buy the product outside of EBAY. --Please do NOT win the auction & then attempt to negotiate lower shipping rates --especially while also threatening negative feedback if we do NOT give you lower rates. This is 'feedback extortion" and is illegal. We will report you to Ebay if these extortionate demands occur. --If you want something insured please tell us... --Very Rarely something arrives damaged-- if /when it does you must agree to cooperate with us and the responsible delivery service in filing a damage claim in a timely manner. We just had a real moron bizarrely refuse to contact UPS in order to file a damage report and then worse yet--he inexplicably threw out most of the original box and packing materials--thereby making our insurance claim with UPS very difficult--perhaps impossible to pursue.(We suspect he broke the item & did not want UPS to investigate the packaging) IF YOU REFUSE TO COOPERATE WITH US IN FOLLOWING THE DAMAGE CLAIM PROCEDURES as set forth by the post office and/or UPS you waive your right to receiving your money back. Your failure to save all original packaging for use in the claims process means that you will forfeit your right to reimbursment from us or the insuring party. FURTHERMORE, YOUR FAILURE TO COOPERATE IN FILING A CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER AND/OR YOUR FAILURE TO RETAIN ALL ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS MEANS THAT YOU HAVE WAIVED YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A PAYPAL CLAIM AGAINST US FOR THE BROKEN ITEM. When damage occurs we all need to work together --WE ONLY CAN SHIP TO ADDRESSES SENT TO US THROUGH OFFICIAL EBAY OR PAYPAL CHANNELS; PLEASE DO NOT TELL US TO SHIP TO AN ADDRESS DIFFERENT THAN THE ONE WHICH YOU PROVIDED TO US THROUGH EBAY/PAYPAL. --- ---Payments are due immediately upon winning an auction and shall be deemed delinquent if not received within seven (7) calendar days. If not received in time we have no choice but to report you to Ebay and will immediately sell the item to the second highest bidder or relist same at our discretion. --Please do not ask us to 'throw these items" "into a box " and send it parcel post or some other inexpensive way.....we've preserved these items lovingly for 30, 40 or 50 years and just will not consider sending out a rare collectible in some risky manner of posting or packaging.Plase do not ask us to 'remove' items from protective packaging in order to save postage costs... ---International Orders are shipped ONLY by USPS Priority International. please do not ask us to send them some other way....this method is trackable and thus far has been successful most of the time ---Thus far we have had trouble with 5 deliveries by the German & by several more by the Italian post offices with the post offices claiming that items have been delivered or repeatedly attempted as deliveries but the buyers claiming the item has not been received. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GIVE US AN ADDRESS WHERE THESE VALUABLE ITEMS WILL BE SAFELY RECEIVED DURING THE DAY. And by buying from us YOU AGREE to cooperate in contacting your local post office after the post office attempts delivery using your tracking number and all other methods available to you. On international orders we also need your phone number. (One Buyer was not home when the German post office attempted delivery on 4 different days over a 3 week period & buyer amazingly refused to contact the post office to obtain the package and then filed a non receipt of goods claim against us despite the postal tracking proving that delivery had been attempted 4 times.....!!! Your failure or refusal to receive the goods or to follow up with your post office to facilitate these items being delivered to you is fraudulent & will be deemed cause for you forfeiting any rights against us for non-delivery.- -------Please do not ask us to falsify documents or violate any laws on your behalf or to mark your customs forms as gifts to a family member!!!! ---We reserve the right to refuse to sell or send an item to a country where we cannot obtain insurance for the package.
