Returns, Shipping, Payments

I accept returns with prior authorization of 48 hours after item is delivered. Item must be returned in original packaging within 7 days of authorization. If the error is your mistake, there is a 10% restocking fee, if the error is mine, I will pay for return shipping. Refunds are given in the same manner as funds paid.

I offer at least 3 methods on most of the items to choose from. While Parcel Post is the cheapest it is not the fastest delivery option. First Class, Priority Mail and UPS are more expensive, but are usually a faster mode of delivery. Local Pickup is acceptable with an appointment. If there are shipping questions, please ask before bidding.  I charge a small amount for shipping and packaging, glass is more fragile, so there is more care in packaging.  Delivery Confirmation is included in shipping price.  There are rare times my shipping rates may be under  the invoiced amount, you will be automatically reimbursed the difference.  I ship domestically and internationally, insurance is an option for the final bidder, international bidders are responsible for taxes and custom fees. I am not responsible for lost, or uninsured damaged packages, nor can I be held for delays in shipping time once the item leaves my hands.  I do offer discounts on combined shipping, so feel free to browse the other items that are listed!

Payment is expected within 7 days of end of bid.  All Payments are through Paypal.  Your item will not ship until funds have cleared my account or PayPal's account.   If there is a non-payment, I will try and get payment through Ebay, if that fails, I will proceed with a negative remark and relist the item.  If there is a problem with getting payment to me, please communicate with me!
