7 days after the buyer receives it | Returns are accepted for 7 days from the date the merchandise is delivered to you.
All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all included accessories, manuals, documentation and blank warranty cards.
Please note that we do not accept returns on the following items:
Printers once ink cartridges are installed, Ink Cartridges, Software of any kind, Batteries or Bulbs.
MacMostly is not responsible for personal information or items left in returned products.
All returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15%.
Please inspect your delivery carefully. Any claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. UPS and USPS Claims (lost and stolen packages) can take up to 2-3 weeks or longer in some cases. The USPS normally will not accept a claim the first time, I think its their unwritten policy, so it takes longer because of this unwritten policy.
Refunds will be issued within 4-5 Business Days from time of Return merchandise and inspected, we suggest shipping insurance on all returned items, it protects you and allows for a method of tracking the package.
All returns must be accompanied by RMA #. Please call 651-644-4632 to obtain an RMA. |
