This auction is for a type II 1981 S United States Mint Proof Set.

This set is still sealed inside the U.S. Mint display case, including a Lincoln cent, Jefferson nickel, Roosevelt dime, Washington quarter, Kennedy Half Dollar and the Susan B. Anthony dollar struck at the San Francisco Mint.

A Clear S is on all the coins.

 I have received many questions if this is a type I or type II coin set.  I am not a professional coin dealer and I inherited this item and I was told that this is a type II set.  I can not make any guarantees on this though.

I have uploaded the best pictures with the equipment available to me and I am sorry I am unable to get a clear blown up picture of the mint mark.

You can email me and I will send you a possible better blown up scan of the "S" that I could take, Ebay will not allow me to upload any more pictures at this time of auction.

 Update:  I have talked to amateur coin specialist who examined the set with a 10x loop and assures me that the "S" mint marks are a clear strike.
