All shipments are secured and well packaged with no damage upon shipping. Claims for lost shipments or breakage must be made through Canada Post (www.canadapost.ca).  We do not warranty defects for manufacturing. All shipments come Insured with tracking numbers except Canada Post Small Packets USA Ground & Air or International Small Packets Air or Surface Mail which includes Insurance Only. Shipments may be tracked at www.canadapost.ca

We offer combined shipping to Canada and the USA only at approximately (depending on total weight & shipment size) $7.00 per item after the first items highest shipping cost.  No Exceptions.  For exact Shipping Quote contact us before purchase. We do not offer Combined Shipping for International customers except as listed above.
