1983 Birthday Bear Care Bear from Kenner.  Comes from a smoke free home. Tummy symbol is perfect. No stains or rips. Heart has only one tiny little rub off of a letter. Unfortunately someone wrote their name on the tag but it is not dark and it is in little print. Other than that a great addition to any collection.
