Everything in the picture is included, original including the boxes.

It works when dialing 911.  No other phone service though and buyer would need to check on who they can subscribe to.  Originally it was LA Cellular with the date of purchase written on the reference card 5-23-1993. 

The model number starting with either an F or B (hard to read)- 09LFD8435AG.

All the booklets look in good condition and all in the box. 

The charger works great, tried it out and as you can see in one of the pictures the numbers light up just fine.  It also comes with a car charger and it also works just fine.

It will be mailed priority mail, with delivery confirmation and insurance up to $100,  If buyer wants more insurance, please contact prior to bidding for a quote.
