This is beautiful dress by Nelly girls size 6.Velvety texture in royal blue colored whit white collar.Cute details at the empire waistline,and gold buttons on cuff, and on front chest.It has a little shoulder pads.Zipper at the back, and ties on the back for additional adjustment.This dress has underskirt.Very good condition.I bought this cute dress in a yard sale, it has hand alteration on inside neckline, waist, hem, and cuff.Easy to put it on!...and ready for any social event, family reunion, holiday pictures, or dressing up!
