Doubleday, Doran and Co, 1937. Hardcover. Book Condition:  Good. First Edition 309 pages,  text copy..royal blue cloth over boards with blue spine title on gilt fields. The boards are soiled and there is writing on the endpages as well as checks on the chapters...pages are clean and intact..endpaper pulled from spine..pages are sun honeyed The third volume in a series that presented the views of contemporary writers on the various subjects that most deeply engaged American though and interest in the previous year. "The Malady of Power" by Ernest Hemingway was published in Esquire magazine and is included in this volume. Boards are veryl lightly edgeworn, page edges foxed. va. Bookseller Inventory  5000

Give us a day or two to get your package ready after payment is received and it will go out on the first Tuesday or Thursday after that. We think "Green" in that we recycle boxes and shipping material.
