We do our best to present accurate and detailed information about every item we sell. We ship to the lower 48 US states only, the only exceptions would be Alaska and Hawaii for an additional shipping fee of $25

PAYMENT: When this auction closes you will be sent an e-bay invoice. The invoice will contain the final dollar total for the item and will contain shipping and handling charges. This invoice will also include our mailing address, telephone number, and PayPal ID. It is your responsibility as a bidder to e-mail us with your method of payment. We prefer PayPal but other methods are acceptable. Payments must be received within 10 days after the close of auction. If payment is not received within 10 days item will be relisted and negative feedback will be left. Allow additional time for personal checks to clear.

SHIPPING: Shipping and Handling charges are always listed in the auction. The prices are fixed and non-negotiable. All items will be shipped UPS Ground. We do NOT ship overseas or to P.O. Boxes, or via USPS. We ship only within the 48 contiguous States. All items shipped on our UPS account number, no shipping on the bidders account unless specified in the auction. We ship UPS on Mon thru Friday. Weekends and holidays we are closed. PICKUPS ARE WELCOME: No charge to pick up at our location. TRACKING NUMBER: UPS generates a Tracking Number automatically the day of shipment. You will receive an e-mail labeled QUANTUM VIEW from UPS. If your item has not arrived within 6 business days from payment received date please contact us by referring to the Item Number in the subject line of e-mail requests.

WARRANTY / RETURNS: All sales are final unless item is DOA. We will send another item to replace the DOA item. If we do not have the item in stock we will refund the full amount including shipping upon return of the item. Return postage is paid by buyer. NOTE: For items that interface and connect, it is the responsibility of the bidder to research the part number and make sure that the item is compatible with your hardware. Sorry, we do not refund your mistakes.
