This eBay ID, slkvine, is new because our old ID, snusan, got hacked.  However, under snusan we sold hundreds of pieces of pottery and other miscellaneous items and maintained excellent feedback ratings. We only accept returns when an item is grossly mis-represented or damaged in shipping. We carefully package our items in bubble wrap, peanuts, paper, etc and thus have incurred no damaged shipments.  When a return/refund is appropriate, we promptly refund the purchase price only, via the same payment method as was received.
