Here is the club history book of Atlantic City Country Club.  The title is "Birth of the Birdie - The First 100 Years of Golf at Atlantic City Country Club."  The club is now public after years of being exclusively private.  It is the location where the term birdie was first used by A.W. Tillinghast - the great golf course architect of the early 1900s.  The book is in like new condition.
