Please make sure painting is returned in the original packaging along with its original documentation, including Certificate of Authenticity and Thank You card, and that the delivery is tracked and insured. The artwork must be in its original condition.  You will be refunded your payment minus shipping, handling, insurance, listing fees and other expenses once we have received the item.
