RETURN POLICY

At this time we do not currently have a return policy in place.  We commit to do our absolute best when describing a used item i.e.: vintage clothing, or specifying that an item is brand new.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to clarify if you have any questions regarding the item(s) you bid on.  All sales are final once the auction has ended.  We are happy to answer any and all of your questions before bidding ends.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING DETAILS

Payment: I accept payments through PayPal only.  Payment is due within 3 days of the auction’s end.  An unpaid item dispute will be activated on the 4^th day.  Please contact me via EBay if you need more time.

U.S. Shipping: All items are shipped Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service (USPS), with the exception of books and video games.  It usually takes 2-3 days to receive your item.  Items are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  I will ship on Saturdays on a case by case basis and as needed for the customer.  Books, CDs, movies, etc are shipped via Media Mail and average about 3-5 days for delivery.  I ship through Paypal shipping and Paypal will email you the tracking number shortly after payment is received.  If you do not receive the tracking number please contact me and I will get right back to you with it.

US Combined Shipping: Rates vary depending on the size of the order so it is impossible to provide a fixed quote.  Please email me with what you plan to purchase and I will give you the quote.  I will almost always ship USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested and paid for by the recipient.

International Shipping: International packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International and USPS Express Mail International.  I suggest Express because it's faster and includes insurance.

International Combined Shipping: Rates vary depending on the size of the order so it is impossible to provide a fixed quote.  Please email me with what you plan to purchase and I will give you the quote.
