Description: You are bidding on a LOOSE (out of package) Gi Joe 25th Anniversary Collection COBRA NINJA BLACK STORM SHADOW action figure with stand and accessories. Buyer will receive everything pictured, including the file card for the character from the back of the original package.

Condition: Loose out of package. Never played with. Was displayed on a shelf as a collectable in my smoke free home.

Bidding: Please notify seller before bidding if you have a zero rating.  Serious bidders only please. Bids will only be accepted from inside the continental United States. Buyer has 72 hours from end of auction to make payment. If no payment is made within 7 days, non-pay dispute will be filed with ebay and item will return to auction.

Payment: Seller accepts PayPal as the only form of payment.

Shipping: Item will be shipped when payment has been received and cleared. Package to be shipped by way of USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation.  Seller is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipping.  Insurance is NOT included in the shipping and handling cost. Package will only be shipped inside the continental United States.

Refunds/Returns:  Buyer has 7 days to return item.  Item must be returned in original package in original condition. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping charges.  Item must be returned via USPS Priority Mail. Any original shipping charges will not be refunded.
