All auctions not paid for within 2 days of end of auction will receive a non paying bidder alert as per Ebay regulations and guidelines your bid is a binding contract and we expect you to honor it as we would do the same.

If you are bidding on more than one auction please let us know. We will make sure and note it so you do not recieve non paying bidder alerts. If you are bidding and win multiple items we will do our best to package everything together to save you money on shipping charges. Please wait until you are finished bidding to pay for your items so you can get a shipping discount!
As of July 2008 we will be shipping ALL merchandise with insurance and delivery confirmations. This is for your protection and ours. We had a recent problem with missing merchandise so now all items will be required to have delivery confirmations on them.
All items will be insured and if your merchandise is damaged or broken you will be required to go to the Post Office for a full refund of shipping costs and total for auction merchandise. Please do not mail anything back to us. If you have any questions please email us at any time.

MY AUCTION ITEM IS DAMAGED...WHAT DO I DO??
We professionally package all items and 99.95% of the time they arrive safely. If you receive an item and it is broken cracked or damaged in any way, please do not panic! Keep everything in the box and take it to your local post office for further instructions. You can also email us as soon as possible so we can give you the insurance information so you can get a refund from the post office for the damages.
WRONG OR MISSING AUCTION ITEM INFORMATION
There are times when the post office in its infinite wisdom misplaces a package. If for some chance you do not recieve your item within 5 business days of payment please contact us via email. We will contact the post office right away to see where it is. If they lost it we will file a claim to get you a refund ASAP.
If you feel that you received the wrong item or it was misrepresented in any way please do not panic! Please just email us first and let us know you did not receive the correct item. If it was misrepresented we will work with you to come to an agreement that you are satisfied with. We value your business and we want all transactions to be happy ones.
