Merchandise Availability

All merchandise on Conquer New York is sold on a first come, first serve basis. Occasionally, demand for an item will exceed our available inventory in a very short time, resulting in an an out of stock product. Should an item be sold out, you will be immediately notified by email and telephone, and given the option to choose a different style and/or size. If we do not receive a reply within 1 business day, your card or Paypal account will be refunded and your order cancelled.  This is super super rare as we have all items in stock before listing, unless it is a pre-order item, which will be apparent by the title.  :)

Conquer New York normally ships the same business day, but allow 1-3 business days for processing plus the estimated delivery time.

3. How long will it take to get to me?

The time of delivery will depend on your location and Customs inspection. We ship international packages Monday through Friday, and delivery takes approximately 5- 14 business days. Packages to the UK usually arrive in 3-5 days after shipment, and shipments to most of Europe will arrive in less than 2 weeks.

4. Will I have to pay import taxes?

An import tax may be due when your receive your products. This fee will be paid to UPS or your local delivery service at the time of delivery. We apologize, but we cannot estimate the cost of the taxes. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and follow their instructions to open and fund an account.
