In addition, with Pokemon Platinum up to 20 players can interact with other Pokemon fans from around the world in the new Wi-Fi Plaza, featuring mini-games and activities.

INSURANCE: If this item is insured and is received damaged, please email us to immediately file a claim. Per insurance carrier rules, if your package is lost and has not been received within 21 days (domestic waiting period) or within 45 days (international waiting period) we will be able to begin the claim process. It is not our policy to immediately refund the purchase price with an insured item without following the insurance guidelines as just stated and without submitting an insurance claim.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING: We ship through paypal for most transactions, which offers FREE tracking confirmation, however it seems to take the post office a long time to update this feature, please email us through ebay if you have any questions on your package. We ship to any US territory that is allowable by paypal (Hawaii, Alaska, Peurto Rico, etc), otherwise you are considered international shipping.

EAST COAST vs WEST COAST: We live in the eastern US. For some reason, items shipping to the western US may take up to 7-10 days for first class mail, and possibly longer for media or parcel post. The post office doesn't advertise this problem but this is in fact a postal reality. Unless you are new to ebay, you probably already know this from experience. Please do not punish us with a low shipping time score because of the post office, that is not fair to us. If you want to receive an item faster, please email us and request priority shipping. We can figure out a cost if we do not already have it listed as an option.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: For international buyers we use first class international mail with a Customs Declaration Form #2976 and send you the form's LC# so that you have it for your records. Depending on your location you can expect to receive your package anywhere from 5 days or longer. Sometimes you may have to go to your post office to inquire about your package, sometimes they just don't get delivered and remain at your local post office, and there seems to be no reason as to why this happens.

INTERNATIONAL NOTE: Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying.
