Hi, This is a boxed set of the 12 Extreme Training Routines by P90X. 

 It also includes the instructional DVD "How to Bring It." 

I purchased this on EBay, and used it for a month or so.  It runs well without skips, etc.  The box is a little crushed.  I will also include in email the Guide Book,  including the fit test, worksheets, guide summary, calendar, nutrition plan, 100's of recipes, etc. which was sent to me via email when I purchased it.  So it doesn't include a hard copy of the Instuctions, etc. but they will be emailed to you once the auctions ends.
