This is a shopping cart cover by infantino.  Looking at the picture, the back portion behind the green pillow flaps over the back of the seat and has pockets to hold coupons, etc.  The light blue portion is at the child's back and there is a strap for the waist.  Then the two bottom squares open to make leg holes.  It rolls up with velcro and the waist strap as a handle.  This is user-friendly and easy to figure out.  This is a great way to keep germ-free this season.  Gently used and machine washable.  It has farm and food motif. 

I loved this cover, not only did it keep my little one from chewing on the cart, it also keeps smaller babies upright easier.  All my items are from a smoke-free home.  Thanks and have a great day!
