You are bidding on one "NEW" pair of  BOSE 301 501 601 tweeters. They have a 3 1/8" diameter and have an 8-32 threaded hole in the backplate for mounting and are 4 ohms. The part number is # 116088. they have the black plastic magnet cover. They are identical in performance and and will interchange with the #130714 tweeters. I have sold hundreds of pairs of these on eBay over the years, and they are gone except for some pairs that had shipping damage. I am selling those now. 

NOTE: This pair has very miniscule damage. One has a very slight wave in the cone, the other has flat spot on the edge of the frame which you can probably straighten out with pliers. You can see on the pictures if you look very closely. The sound checks out perfectly on both.
