The game I'm selling is factory-sealed. Never opened or played. I took great care to find one with a mint condition outer box - As you probably know, these boxes are not very sturdy, so it was very hard to find a perfect one. Well, I found one that's as close to mint as you're ever going to find. No ugly price stickers & the box is not dented or crushed at the corners like so many of them in stores.
