【Payment】

• We accept PAYPAL payment and (all major credit cards accepted through PAYPAL)
• For PAYPAL customers, we ship to confirmed address ONLY. (No exception)
• Payment must be received within 5 days after close of auction. Unpaid auction will be forfeited after seven days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.
• We accept all Major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discovery, or AMEX) payment for US order with US billing address. We ship to billing address only. If you like us to ship other than your billing address, we need you to contact your credit card company and add the new shipping address as alternate address.
• California Residents must add 9.25% sales tax.

【Shipping & Handling】

1. We ship UPS Ground, Two days air or Standard Overnight service within 48 continental US. Please use our shipping calculator to find out your shipping cost. (Free Ground Shipping only apply with in the 48 continental USA)
2. Shipping For P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, HI, PR, AK, Virgin Island and all international will be ship by USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail. Please email us for shipping & handling cost.
3. All shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
4. We do not provide local pick up or will-call.
5. Products will be shipped out within 1-3 business days after we receive the payment. Tracking # will be email to you once your order is complete and ship out.
6. Please contact us after 3 business days if you did not received any order confirmation or tracking status confirmations.
7. We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to every country may have different time schedule on custom clearing which may take longer/shorter time to inspect your products. And also customers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.

【Bidding Agreement】

1. We will contact the winning bidders within 1 business day after end of auction via emails. In some rare exceptions, if we are not able to contact you within this time period, please send us emails. Please help us to make the transaction smoother and more efficient by including eBay User ID and email address in all forms of correspondence.
2. If payment is not made within 5 business days of auction end date, the auction will be considered closed and negative feedback reported.

【Return Policy】

• * All sales are final, No refunds or credits. All items come with 30 day (30 days from the original invoice date) replacement warranty unless advertised differently.
• * After 30 days, each product carries each own individual manufacturer warranties, as offered by the manufacturer directly.
• * No returns will be accepted for defective products if the original packaging is damaged and/or missing accessories.
• * We will NOT refund or exchange on All Software, Cell Phones, Game Titles, Retail Boxed Processors, Notebooks, Apple products, Blank Media and Blank Cartridges, Cameras, Camcorders, Printer Cartridges, Ink toner, Notebook Batteries, Liquid Cooling Products, Minolta, QMS, Cisco, IBM, Sony, Intel, Tektronix, NEC and Hewlett Packard products. (Please contact Manufacturer directly for all warranty services, all defective merchandise can be returned to the manufacturer directly.)
• * LCD Warranty, there must be a minimum of 7 dead pixels to classify an LCD display as defective and be eligible for return for exchange. Air Conditioners, Televisions and LCD Displays 24 inches and larger may only be returned direct to the manufacturer for defective replacements. We urge you to examine your product upon arrival to ensure appropriate condition, before signing for the package.
• * All OEM replacement Lamp comes with 60 days Warranty.
• * We will not accept any item that has physical damage. Physical damage is any damage that is not caused by any normal wear and tear. If we receive an item that is physically damaged, it will be returned to the buyer at their expense.
• * If the merchandise is defective, please contact us for RETUR MACHANDISE # for replacement. If the product is tested defective after we received, we will ship a replacement to you, otherwise the same item will be shipped back and your account will be charged for re-shipping fee (should be paid prior to re-shipping takes place) or 15% restocking fee.
• * Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charge, and we are responsible for the postage for mailing a new item to you. The original shipping and handling fees are not refundable under any circumstances, Including DOA (defect on arrival) product.
