We have an UNCONDITIONAL return policy refunding the winning bid amount for items received back for return that are in its original, unworn condition. All auctions ending with a sale price of under $10 USD are final. The shoes must be mailed back to us in a protective box. We also require the original invoice included with the order or it will make it difficult, if not impossible, to process the return. Please include the reason for the return (i.e."Too big"). Refunds are processed within 5 days of receipt of package through the original payment method (if you paid by PayPal, it would be refunded to your paypal account)IT IS OUR GUARANTEE THAT YOU RECEIVE THE EXACT ITEM YOU PURCHASED.
