Big Cat Pet Supplies generally ships next buisness day after payment is received. Our preferred shipper is FEDX Ground but reserves the right to use UPS Ground. We will not ship to a PO Address. We do not ship on weekends or Holidays when preferred shippers are closed. Orders recevied and paid daily until 11:00pm are processed for shipping next business. Orders received and paid Friday through Sunday will be processed for Monday shipping. (except Holidays). We have no control over weather conditions that hinder shipper's performance. Big Cat Pet Supplies will honor returns if notified within 10 days from receipt of the item. You must contact us for a RMA number before returning any item purchased. Warranty issues are covered by the manufacture. We will help you all we can in resolving. We will refund your purchase price less shipping for items returned with RMA (no exceptions unless it was our error) Items returned must include the original product packaging and all relate product literature for refund. All items must be returned to the location as indicated by us. We desire to resolve problems that are fair to both the buyer and seller.
