Rainbow Furniture and Gifts does not have its own personal warehouse. All items are located in the manufacturer's warehouses all over the country.  We have access to thousands of items and Ebay has no way of linking inventory to each manufacturer.  We take great pains to try and keep up with stock status, but it is near impossible because inventory changes on a daily basis.  Unfortunately, once in a while an item could be sold that is not in stock.  PLEASE BE UNDERSTANDING :)    

In the off chance that your item is out of stock, you can:   1.) Receive it once it is back in stock.  I can usually give you an ETA.  2.) Get a full refund within a few hours after requesting it.   3.) I can in most cases offer you something similar even if you do not see it in my store.  An image and description will be emailed.

Please no returns unless item was damaged or wrong item was sent.
