    SHIPPING POLICY

    This item is shipped as freight in a factory selaed box and we will pack your material well enough to protect it against any damage during the shipment. Shipping is CURBSIDE DELIVERY ONLY. The freight company will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time; we recommend that you have help available upon arrival. The freight company is only responsible for unloading this item off the truck. They will not bring it to your backyard or anywhere else.

    Before signing for delivery, count the boxes and inspect the package for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. However, It's normal for the packaging to show some wear.

    If there's a visible damage when you receive the package you must note the damage on the freight bill before signing. No claims will be filed unless the damage is noted on the freight bill. Also taking pictures will help process your claim faster.

    If there's no visible damage, sign and accept the package. If you find a damage after opening the boxes you need to call our customer service within 3 days so we can help fix the problem. We may need you to take the picture of the product to identify the problem.

    PAYMENT

    Amex, VISA, MasterCard, Discover are gladly accepted. Personal and cashiers checks will take about 10 business days to clear once received. NJ residents add 7% sales tax. Sales tax will be applied to purchases in New Jersey as well as any merchandise picked up at our warehouse in New Jersey. We will only accept cashiers checks for the exact amount of the item plus shipping.

    RETURN POLICY

    If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt, please simply send it back for a refund or a store credit, less shipping. Please save the boxes that item came in
