Shipment
Orders are shipped out within 2 business days(not include weekends and holidays)after payment is received and cleared.
We do 2 ways for shipment.
1) Registered air mail
Delivery time: It normally takes 15-30 days, sometimes it can arrive in 10day if it's quicker.But sometimes it will arrive within one month if it's slower.This will be all depend on the efficiency of post office & customs .
2)EMS Express delivery
Delivery time: 7-10 days arrival(door to door)Please provide contact number as express company required.
Payment
Elegantgarden accepts payment through ONLY Paypal. If payment is not received, your order will result being canceled, and your item will be re-listed on the 10th day and an Ebay dispute will be filed.
Combine Shipping
For single purchase, payment is expected to be paid within 3 days after auction ends.

For any reason if you don't satisfy with item you purchased; please return the products in unwashed, unworn or defective condition with original packing,but only the price of the item will be refunded(no returen for the shipping fee and return postage) . Please contact us before return, we will not accept the unauthorized return.Refunds are processed within 7 working days.
