DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If your order, or part of your order arrives defective and there is no visual damage to the box you must notify us within 3 days of receiving it. We will try and troubleshoot the problem and if it is determined that the item needs to be returned we will replace it at no extra cost. Items that come with dead batteries are NOT considered defective. If you would like a refund on a defective item, the item must be returned at your expense and there is a 10% administrative fee. Original shipping charges from the actual order are also non refundable. ALL DEFECTIVE ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED BACK AT OUR WAREHOUSE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE GOODS TO QUALIFY FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND. DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: If your order, or part of your order arrives damaged by the carrier we will assist you in filing a claim on your behalf. You must report damaged merchandise to us with 3 business days in order to be eligible. We will then replace the the damaged goods. WORKING MERCHANDISE: We offer an unconditional money back guarantee or exchange on all merchandise for 5 days, however, there is a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition, in the SAME PACKAGING, and contain all the parts/directions (if applicable) that the item(s) were shipped with. You MUST contact us and return the item(s) within 10 days of receiving the goods to qualify. Original shipping from the order, and return shipping are nonrefundable.
